Working with me

As an Energy-Psychology therapist and a Life Transforming Coach, my job is to help people (re)discover who they are underneath the drama, wounds, and belief systems.

I help people uncover their light and beauty to become happier, healthier and at peace with who they truly are.

I have specifically developed a therapeutic practice inspired by Buddhist meditative practice, Traditional Chinese Medecine, Ayurveda, aromatherapy and native-american spirituality.

I work with client on site in Northwest Connecticut and by phone or Internet throughout the world.

Beginnings

I was born and raised in the French countryside, close to nature and animals.

My professional life started first by working with children and then with adults in difficulty.

The desire to helps others has been a motivation in my life from childhood.

Training and Certifications

I became certified in Reiki, EFT and TAT, having trained personally with Tapas Fleming, creator of TAT, and Sara Arey, Founder of RefutureYourLife.

While in initial training, I began to develop my own intuitive energy healing work, integrating elements from acupressure, Aroma-chromotherapy, shamanism, etc…

My inspiration is the present moment, a field of infinite energy, source of all creativity and possibilities.

My call

I love the power of inner healing.
My call is to help as many as I can to transform wounds and trauma into strength and treasure. I love to work in private sessions and groups.

One of my gifts is adapting my tools and skills to individuals’ or group needs. This allows each person to directly experience the inner freedom which unfolds within the present moment.

I’ve been going to Helen’s class on Tuesday mornings. The first thing you will notice about Helen is her “welcoming and acceptance of you, just the way you are”. You will immediately be at ease in her presence. She then brings you through a series of “tapping”,

yoga, and meditation working on of our bodies and spirit, breathing out negativity and bringing in joy. Through the weeks and months I am learning to be more calm, more positive, and letting go of negativity.

Helen teaches each class with how she feels that day, sometimes she will drum, sometime she will sing, or sometimes we will share a bite to eat. She is a blessed spirit and beautiful inside and out, a true joy. I highly recommend Helen to help you in what journey you may find yourself on.
